"Reanna isn't it? You're welcome to join my house hunt. As to magics and undead, I may know a couple guys."

He pauses to  nod at a rough looking man with a hanging
lantern and a woman in leather armor who just checked her
spear with McCain.

"Currently  a number of the Masters are trying to
secure locatiins that would allow sime kind of access to the undercity, and to vend supplies  from there to licensed adventurers. Vilgar  wants to get a leg up on that, before the others do, and has asked Laurence to locate some vacant properties that might be good for this. Are you in?"

A thin fellow in leathers, wearing a broad floppy hat, and
carrying a full pack sits at a table beside a youth in dark
gray. At the next table sit an odd looking wizard type, in robes festooned with stars, his hair and beard dark except for the roots, alongside a goblin in a black cloak and
shield. Just coming out of the kitchen area with bowls of
brown are a woman in fighting leathers and a rough fellow with a lantern.

The ogrekin by the entrance is eying the two mage types.

With the description he was given by Bellarius Broderick easily located the team and ushered them to a sidearea, that provided a more confidential aspect which they could discuss this assignment, where he provided an overview of the job standard pay and conditions are offered.

The common room is amazing in the difference in people. The streets are filled with common folk all dressed the same way. Adventurers seem to be more colorful than the rabble.

There seem to wizardly folk, but Beordir has trouble following the the conversation between Vilgar and the other man. As they move off to the corner, Beordir looks around at the group that separates out.

Unobtrusively, Ardenas takes a seat well away from Grend.  He looks around to be sure none of Hitomi's group has preceded him and Oly here, then relaxes.  A moment's counting on his fingers, and he holds up a hand to get Madeline's attention.

"A bowl of hot brown, please, if it's the right time of day and I haven't had one too recently.  To be honest, I've lost track a little."

"Grend, I'm impressed.  I'm sure I'd be equally lost wherever you came from, but I'm not sure I'd have it in me to do anything about it but run for the horizon.
