Re: Broderick's Expedition

Moving away from the grate Broderick ushers those close by along with him. once out of the foul cloud he attends Clair as best as he can. That's a Truly nasty beast. We'll need to see its dealt with can't have it threatening our progress. [Private to GM: 07:17, Today: Secret Roll: Broderick Leibert  first aid 15 on Clair then the others. 16,14,12,10,12. Bother that One fail and four successes. ]

Re: Broderick's Expedition

Ushered from the disgusting cloud Clair slaps away Brodericks, hands as she gasps for air, his attempt to assist this aren't helping at all. Not like that she chides between breaths. After a few seconds she has recovered and sets to helping the others.

Re: Broderick's Expedition

Once away from the noxious cloud Clair sits and focuses for a short time; rising she moves obout the injured attending to them.

ooc first aid 15.[Private to GM: using one point healing on those needing it which are reduced to 0 by her skill. Clair will suggest that she may be able to cast walk through earth on Smasher which will enable it to move past the gate and attack the beast using the walls as added protection. Ie step out smash the croc step back into the wall move to one side to get rear attack on it step out repeat attack step back move to get another rear attack. If that's acceptable and permitted. ]

In reply to Broderick Leibert (msg # 160):

Not enough points to do that with Smasher in tow. Flat minimum is 50 points spent on clerical status, clerical investiture and the spells. Sorry, it is a DF convention- no white wizarsds like Banestorm.

Smasher is going to need extensive instructions. This is worked stone, so the FP cost is higher than for simple earth.

In reply to Phylicity Pfaffingerh (msg # 164):

The pixie flies to her mistress first and lays hands on her, then to the most wounded, Razokeel. The others she applies first aid to, washing  their faces and applying honey after everyone backs away.
This takes several minutes.

Occ one point back to all for fist aid, 2 pts each to Clair and Razokeel.

Re: Broderick's Expedition

While the team were being treated Broderic assessed the situation This beast will take too long to deal with right now. We need to continue to search out this area If they could get past the intersection without being breathed on again he'll lead them to the right otherwise they return to the room where the zombies were and check out the doors that are there.

They can turn left or right at that juncture; the vile beast
is in the water filled tunnel beyond. Turning right would lead to where the rats came from.

Hugging the wall Broderick slipped around the corner and moved down the passage, motioning for the others to follow if it were safe to do so thus avoiding further exposure to the beasts breath.

Re: Broderick's Expedition

In reply to Broderick Leibert (msg # 173):

The masonry in this hallway is of poor quality, and there is a sizeable amount of water covering the floor several inches deep. The tiling is mostly gone and the underlay is rough. There are signs that there had been a partial roof collapse at some point, although there is no visible sign of much debris, although the footing is a little uneven. There looks to have been an inexpert attempt at patching the ceiling damage, but it is not at all recent.

The corridor continues quite a distance, the water reflecting Clarences lamp for a ways.
