Haveron took some time for himself, and traded some metal for some drink during their wait. He also ensured to communicate with the merchants to ask them about the road and if they 'actively expect' trouble, or just are taking precautions. The man has not been that way in a long enough period to mean he's not quite aware about how bad the roads are.

Shroud has little in the way for preparing, after another meal and rest overnight he is ready to go.

In reply to Narrator (msg # 71):

Sorry I took so long. Berry says, before getting the contract to sign. She actually reads it carefully before signing it. Berry doesn't have anything to do to prepare really. She does relay what she learned from her mentor when she gets the chance. The story about the demon, the silver chains and such would be a very old binding, but the tower's description would put it as a younger tower.

Gareth will take some time to ask Berry about where she went, as she mentioned heading to her mentor before she left. He asks about the mentor, and what he knew.

OOC: Sry answer now

"Basically my mentor takes an interest in demons, and he's heard of a demon bound like that, but neither the location nor the time frame fit. So it sounds like detail from one story got mixed in with detail from another."

Berry shows up with Var in tow. If asked about him she says he'll do manual labor for food, although he'll probably show more effort if he's getting paid. She does appear to have some scratch marks on her hand. Like from a cat.
[Private to GM:
OOC: I assume? He was in Wastrel's hope. So tell me if I need a retcon. (Or just have the caravan master says there all full.)

Haveron patted Gareth on the back after having listened to his and Sorscha's talk of demons. "I reckon we are all ready to head out. It's good to be prepared for these things, so maybe before we head straight into the place where demons might roam we can scout the area and then make additional preparations if needs be.

Sorscha, I think your expertise would be vastly beneficial to our efforts"

In reply to Haveron Stormwal (msg # 91):

The caravan is forming, with pack mules and a few carts pulled by teams of mules. Everyone is walking. You can see the last bundles being packed on the mules orvon the carts. You note a few barrels, but perhaps not as many as you might expect. Provisions seem to make up three of the carts, although one is loaded with cookware as well.
