He gets a resistance, his HT or ST whichever is higher.  If he is a standard Flame Lord it is crushing damage, if he isn't, it might be 'cutting' damage  (IE if he has a Neck, which Flame Lords 'lack' via Injury Tolerance (No Blood, No Brain, No Neck, No Vitals)).  They still have Eyes canonically, which I find odd...

Jednessa still has Resist fire, as Christine only has to concentrate on maintaining it 1 per minute, which she is doing...

OOC:  None.  He is Pinned (he defenseless and helpless).  He gets one chance to Break Free on his next turn (Quick Contest of ST), then another every 10 seconds if he fails.  Jednesa is at +10 to resist his Break Free (she still has two hands on him at this time).

In subsequent turns Jednesa will be free to punch, knee, and head butt him until he stops existing... as long as she keeps one hand on him he is helpless and defenseless (unless he ever manages to Break Free).

In case he does try to Break Free:

Christine focuses on keeping her friend immune to the effects of the fire elemental's blind rage. If she would not see logic, then Jednessa, immune to fire, was the best person to 'encourage a more enlightened view.
