In reply to Jednesa (msg # 149):

Seeing Jednesa ready for another throw, HAskell steps clear and chops the nearly dead wight Malga'MAr is working on and finishes it.The place is oddly silent except for the gibbering of the last wounded doombrat.

Re: Beneath the cloister's winery

Jednessa stomps forward and makes to boot the boombrat back into the vat!

OOC:  Either All Out Attack (Strong) if it's 4 or less yards away, or Move and Attack (Slam) if it's 5-8 yards away.

14:56, Today: Jednesa rolled 10 using 3d6.  Wrestling 16, slamming Doomchild.
15:04, Today: Jednesa rolled 13 using 3d6+5 (3,3,2).  Slam damage.  If the Doomchild was between 5-6 yards away it only takes 12 damage.

If the Doomchild isn't knocked back by the slam, Jednessa will keep moving over it and trample it for an additional 10 damage (15:07, Today: Jednesa rolled 10 using 3d6.  Possible trample damage).

Christine, noting Jednessas tactics, keep back from them both, and looks around for further threats.

In reply to Jednesa (msg # 154):

The doombrat explodes when Jednesa kicks it, briefly enveloping her in flame, and clearing her sinuses. Her eyes sting a little, and the fermentation room is oddly silent, except for the sound of Haskell slipping dented silver plates into his sack.

A quick search of the area finds only a lone doombrat at the bottom of a barrel... it seems to be damaged by the dacidic dregs it is waist deep in.

Re: Beneath the cloister's winery

Jednessa makes a grab at the little monster and (if successful) takes it outside to throw it straight up as hard as she can... to watch it fall and go boom.

OOC:  22:15, Today: Jednesa rolled 13 using 3d6.  Wrestling 16, grab at Doomchild.

22:16, Today: Jednesa rolled 11 using 3d6.  Throwing 13.  Sending the Doomchild as high up as she can.

It is late afternoon. The room is empty except for the vats and the charred remains of the wights. One building, the chapterhouse which has the abbot's quarters remains unsearched.

Re: Beneath the cloister's winery

In reply to Christine Bjorn (msg # 168):

You have five hours before it becomes dark outside. Haskell, after retrieving the dented silver plates (which are stll worth a considerable amount- almost $4000 each) it is possible that something is in the concentrated vinegar sludge at the bottom of the vats, but it stings to touch.

"Suggest we leave it there and rest for two hours, before checking out that last building."

She meditates to recover her strength, giving some to Jednessa after half an hour...

[Private to GM: So Christine will recover energy at a rate of 1 per 2.5 minutes, as she is fit, right? So in 30 minutes she should fully recover her strength, and after 1 hour she should have been able to pass 12 fp to Jednessa...sound right?...

Lend Energy, Jednessa, 6 fp each time, rolled 8 and 7 under skill.

Jednesa unless someone explicitly tells her not to she'll poke around in the vats idly once she's rested up (and retrieve her Big Iron Wedge).

Re: Beneath the cloister's winery

In reply to Azrael (msg # 173):

An hour passes, and you are all recovered.  Jednesa finds that her weapon has been pitted with rust while it lay in the vinegar concentrate, but its quality has not been affected yet... a few hours more and it would have downgraded.

This space is free of enemies, and sadly loot, but some daylight remains, as you can see from the hoke in tbe roof, and through the open door.
