Being at the ready, Percival  strikes first, cleaving mightily into her chest, while raising his shield against her strike, which knocks him back with a resounding clang when it comes.

The wound in her chest does not bleed! Per rolls all.

The wound in the woman's  chest- it is the same fleshy color all the way through, and smooth, as if the axe had cut into clay.


Meika  cuts through the scales in her shoulder, and protrudes through the front. As the blade pulls out, the bloodless wound closes back up.

Sederic tries to raise a fireball, which blossoms into a ball of yellow flame in his palm. It swells several times larger and turns red, then collapses on itself, until only heavy darkness and cold void remains. Frost forms on Sederic's hand, causing 3 points of damage.... at the last fragment of a second, Sederic feels something looking back at him from the void.

As the bolt strikes her, electrical energy courses around her limbs. She grits her teeth and advances on Grimaldi! An normal person would be dead already, but she is far from normal!

She swings, a mighty blow even in her weakened state, and is sure to smash Grimaldi flat!


Percival dives in with a sacrificial block, catches the maul on his shield, and is knocked over!

 Grimaldi is knocked back with Percival, by the force of the blow, but manages to stay on his feet. "Thank you, Sir. You probably saved my life!" Grimaldi reached his hand, to help Percival up, more quickly.

Meika flies out and cleaves through the wrist. The hand remains gripped on the maul, and you can see that both ends of the severed limb are slightly grainy, and solid, and not bleeding. This creature is a live thing, not a golem, and seems to be the result of an unnatural pairing of a human and an elder thing! One of this creature's parents is some non-euclidian horror from beyond time and space,

The fireball and lightning bolt strike the woman simultaneously,  and as she bursts into flame, small tentacles sprout from her wounds, whipping about spasmodically, and she collapses into a pile of twitching tendrils, which start to melt and lose their shape.

"Quickly, let's all fall upon her with our axes and swords! Let us make sure it doesn't rise again!"

James finally snaps out of it, and cleaves at some of the charred and slimy bits. Burnt and rapidly disolving as she is into slime that then crystallizes and then crumbles into powder, not much may be left. You will have to act quickly, and with an airtight container, like a potion vial.

Grimadli thrusts his estoc into the remains a few times, and wipes his estoc on the seat of the pants, of one of the fallen thugs. "We killed it...."
