A knot tying roll will determine how well secured they are.

"I think I can manage this."  Ardenas, in order to avoid cutting the cord unnecessarily, ties one wounded cultist with each end, and the other four mind-hurt with drawn up bights (a hundred feet should still leave plenty of cord).

"It has nearly happened here, recently.  But Urhaqui and goblins going to war in Northport would be nothing compared to what Kalima describes.  All it seems to take is someone with enough charisma saying the right things, and they can find people who will do literally anything."
