Re: Near Al Menir
Haveron had to credit the man. He had skill. His attempt was a good one, and Haveron had to actually put effort into knocking the sword aside. Unfortunately, he was far more skilled than his assailant. With the flip of his wrists, he knocked the man off balance enough to create an opening, and took it. In the blink of an eye, his sword was buried in the man's chest.
Haveron's mouth turns down in a frown as he does this. Clearly he takes no pleasure in it.
[Private to GM: Parried by 2, attack made by 8 (minus the rule of 16), and damage was above average.
16:43, Today: Secret Roll: Haveron Stormwal rolled 8 using 1d6+4. Thrust to the body.
16:39, Today: Secret Roll: Haveron Stormwal rolled 12 using 3d6. 2-H sword 20.
16:38, Today: Secret Roll: Haveron Stormwal rolled 12 using 3d6. Parry 14.
Same attack pattern again if the man insists on being the aggressor.]
