Marcus grunts as he pulls himself up off the ground and catching his wind he slowly follows Anita holding his side.

In reply to Marcus Blackthorn (msg # 351):

Leroy runs intovthe alley behind the rooming house, between the outhouse and the wall, and slips into the close (an alleyway built over until it becomes a tinnel) between two buildongs.  He can hear his pursuers on the other side of the outhouse,  where laundry is hanging.  From the sound of it, there are three of them.

Anita sldes away, walking along with a rowdy crowd before stepping into a sidestreet.

Marcus stumbles along, grateful that his bow isnt broken, but he may have left an arrow or two behind, and can see the back end of the crowd ahead.

Leroy will position himself on the opposite side of the tunnel, and using it as a choke point, if possible. He could handle 3 of them, if he could control the battlefield! (overconfident)
He thought to himself, as he readied his axe...

Rosewood is able to track Leroy. Anita lost track of him while climbing over the rooftop and into an alley.

Rosewood will soon be visible, but for the moment (and about 15 seconds more) he remains unseen.

Hearing the explosion, Leroy thinks it's an alchemist's error. He had more pressing issues at hand, like three peckerwoods to take down.

Rosewood can see the third purist snaking his way into the close- he will be on Leroy shortly!

Marcus can see that the two men have spotted him, and are clenching their fists around their short clubs.

You definitely have the initiative, Marcas can ready his bow and quickdraw an arrow, but may only get one shot before they get to him.

Rosewood get close enough from above to the human and lets go a multi-coloured bold of pixie dust at the man.  Lighting the man up like fairy on a Christmas tree.
The dust stinging the man skin.

OOC:
17:39, Today: Rosewood rolled 2 using 1d6-3.  Bad pixie dust damage.

Anita needs a per roll to hear the purists on Mario over the procession of devotees of St.Pyr.

Meanwhile,  the purist about to enter the close 10 yards from Leroy feels a slap of glitter on the back of his head. As Rosewood,  now visible, is upwards of 6 yards above, he has no way of reaching him, but shakes his club at the sky.
