Marcus bends his bow to his ear hilding his position until the purists are in the alley way.

The front two purists who stepped on the caltrops fall over, one prone and directly onto the spikes, the other backwards into a supine position away from the spikes.

The next in line stops, and blocks the others from advancing.

The remaining purists back away, and head back to the Rathskellar at good speed.

As soon as the leader stops, Anita, who had been aiming at the guy in the rear, presumably the leader, fires. At this range, she only hopes to hit the torso.

Rosewood does a loop and heads back towards the Purist leader.

Look at the little human running back to their fay girl.
They cannot deal with a powerful male pixie and have to run back to get a girl to protect them.  Your just pawns of the fay.  Run back and hide in the petticoat of the girl of illusion and serve the winter court if you cannot see the truth.

As he shouts at them he laughs.  It seems something in Rosewood has snapped.  The gloves where off and he facing the reality of the real world.

The leader catches the bolt in his gambeson, and wrenches it out along with a little blood without flinching.as he snaps the bokt in half, he yells at the pixie,
"you little shit fly, we have iron for you, you winged turd!"

[Private to GM: Rolled 12, Skill + Acc -vitals = 16. I am assuming the range is less than -7, since the caltrops were thrown there by her last fight, when the range was no greater than -4, from memory...]

"They'll need to recruit more, now that we've thinned out their numbers, no doubt. Let's keep our eyes and ears open, for when they do. This guy is probably the one in charge of that."

Leroy goes to where the vanquished were dragged out of sight, and begins checking them out.

Before heading back to the others Rosewood shouts to the leader.
Before you get out your big iron poky stick you should try it on your little girl.
But don't let her know.  I think you will be surprise how badly it hurt her.
She is every bit as much a fay as I am.

Rosewood then get back to the group and sits down to rest.

Marcus curses as he misses the leader.  Seeing the hobbling purists he quickly draws an arrow notches it into his bow and fires at the torso of the purist hitting him squarely in the back.

Leroy realizes by talking about a turtle, that the purists intend to return armored and using a roofed shield wall, which will make them much more resistant to missile fire.
