Goran does not address the pleurocrat directly.  Instead he turns to his fellow adventurer and asks in a quiet voice "Hograth, do you know how to interpret this?  It seems as if they are bringing home the dead and the murderers from an event.  How do you interpret the situation?  It seems like we should pause for a time to let this settle down."

Goran is quick to interject "Be sure to keep her gagged.  She has the ability to manipulate people using her spiritual favors, and could be a problem to manage.  The weak willed could easily be swayed by her."

Once you stow that one, I need your help taking these to the necrotorium below. Remember, don't walk on the mosaics unless you are wearing our robes. Flavius, put something on Goran and the dog."

Interesting.  Goran finds this very interesting.  And to his liking.  He's perhaps too eager to see where they are going and get involved with what they are doing.  He'll nod assent silently, and then get busy assisting the Plutocrat with his work.

Noticing Urrun is uncomfortable he will try to comfort him a little with a pat on the back.

In so doing, they lost my envoy, who was here to hunt demons. What is this battered woman about?"

Goran considers the conversation for a moment.  The dog man did not have religion, but he had proven himself worthy as a traveling companion.  He seemed honest enough, and was definitely someone to be counted on in a difficult moment.  Perhaps he could still be persuaded to accept religeon some time in the future.  It was a worthy exploration, and so Goran speaks up for his fellow adventurer.

"Urrun was more honorable in our travel than many I have worked with.  I would count him as a friend, and ask you treat him as such.  He helped us find demons among the common people, disguised as they sometimes can.  Without him, our work would not have been a success.

Also, this woman led many good people astray into perverted sexual rites with demons disguised as humans.  They used her to prey upon your citizens and create more of their own abominations as progeny.  She knowingly consorted with them and facilitated this abuse.  I have run into few as corrupted and evil as this woman, and she should be treated accordingly.

Be careful, she can twist even the most honest man with fake pleasures.  Given even a moment without her gag, and she could easily take control of a man, someone who you believe to be trustworthy.  Someone such as this...  It may be better that she is put to death instead of allowing her to continue this trail of shattered humanity."

OOC The disads on this character seem to warrant some strong words in this situation.

Very well, Urrun, you have done your penance for relieving yourself on the temple wall. These two speak highly of you, and I should take them at their word.
This woman will be watched carefully, and put to question. I have seen her before, claiming to be here to revive the worship of Flora, the fertility goddess. There was a man with her, claiming to be a priest of Janus... did you deal with him harshly, or has he made his escape?"

So we can leave them all in your capable hands? The other prisoners should carry her for now...if she works her magic on them, it is no loss to us. We should return and see if there are any further cults down there, and we will keep an eye out for the seller of demonic shit as well.

The prisoners the acolyte is leading seem to be incapable of such a task; some are wounded, all have blank stares, and slack-jawed drooling visages.
They, and the dead wear sepia dyed robes, and have blackened nails and partially healed scratches on their faces. The folk you dealt with had a homespun robes and fliower crowns.

Goran cares not for the priestess, and is content to leave her in a heap on the floor, unconscious, and in the dirt.  She was barely human to him, and after her actions with the demons he even questioned that much.  How she could consort with that ilk was beyond him.  Humans were not meant to consort with demons.  Why she made that decision had to be for some nefarious reason, whether it be money, power, or some other related sin.

As such, the man they called Goran the Marked was ready to do more of the work that he found to be fulfilling.

"I stand ready to accompany you to Temple Hill, Hograth, so we can continue the good work we have started."

Goran nods his assent, but waits patiently for Hograth to assent.  He is more the leader than anyone, and Goran wants to make sure he's agreeable to the task before rushing off on his own.

He is, however, ready to go.  And perhaps overly eager to do so.

OOC I think Goran would be somewhat excited to go clean up more religious deviants, and might be pre-occupied.  He not notice unless something stands out (beyond the ferret, which might be enough...)
