Favor is a quirk level vow that can be called in. If on the recieving end, it is a perk

"I would agree to assist with that as well, if you would tolerate my company."  Goran smiles, although he does cast a subtle sidelong glance at the witch close to him in age.  He then continues with "I have no talent for barter, though, so I cannot decide what a fair trade might be with any hope of accuracy.  I would rather someone else handle the arrangements.  Perhaps it would be a good time to retire for a few minutes to meditate to Hors, unless you ladies would prefer to talk theology or discuss the spirit realm.  They are interests of mine."

A magit item that boosts a weapon vs undead, and potions, unless you want the embroidery scroll.

What spell is on the embroidery scroll, and what were the potions? The magic item that boosts weapon damage vs undead is definitely interesting...

The scroll is for "enchanting forest" which makes a woodland trip an enjoyable experience even if it is not.

Also on the docket, one of Carole's warm scarves.

Goran has returned by this time, and takes note of the scarf.  He takes a look at it, admiring the workmanship.  "This is quite well done."

[Private to GM: Goran has Hidden Lore Spirit, as close as you're going to get?  And a nice roll of 5.
12:13, Today: Secret Roll: Goran the Marked rolled 5 using 2d6+3.  Goran Hidden Lore (Spirit) 13.

The phrasing is the type that incurrs a response of indebtedness to anyone with a fey code of honor. It is the equivalent of eating their food. Not bad, just powerful anf independent.

Re: Temple Hill

Goran hands the scarf back and suggests "You should make sure it's a gift and not something more binding.  I am no expert on these things, but the creatures of faerie often bestow gifts on humans with a different context than what we would assume."  He then looks over at the mature witch and says "No offense intended, I just think it's best to clarify to make sure we all understand the proper context for these things.  We do not want anyone to walk away offended."

OOC  The previous driver for Goran did not give him any official social skills.  I rolled the "best available" to try for the best delivery possible.

[Private to GM: Not sure what you prefer of the available skills.
14:11, Today: Secret Roll: Goran the Marked rolled 8 using 2d6+3.  Leadership, Public Speaking, Teaching 13, or Theology 12.

"Really? I don't know much about the Faerie, but these ladies are not Faerie anyway. I am sure they would be honest about something such as this, since I am asking openly what they want in return for this."

Mel has some social skills, but no familiarity with fey, and would not naturally think about it due to the fact that he is not dealing with fey.

Goran responds "I did not take offense Ma'am, and I hope you did not either.  Maybe it's not my place to comment.  However, when I was in Shevnia, some of the people in my village had dealings with the Fey.  The way you phrased your comment reminded me of some of their less pleasant experiences.  I only intended to clarify the situation.  Most of us are not well versed in the different culture of the Fey, and so misunderstandings are easy to come by.  As a man of faith, I prefer to assume the best."
