Re: Hunting for a specialty shop

Mancini smiles ruefully. "Good. By attacking me, it will leave itself open to attacks from all of you."

Mancini then thrust his weapon at the creature, landing a direct hit.

(Ooc:00:05, Today: Mancini rolled 1 using 1d6-1.  Damage.
23:49, Yesterday: Mancini rolled 5 using 3d6.  Rapier 13 (AoA: Determined +4)= 17(-1 SM=16).)

Grimaldi likewise, keeps back. Having listened to the warnings about the creature, he expected an explosion, and didn't want to be caught in it.

In reply to Sederic (msg # 298):

Meika connects with the creature, even as Ardenas' bolt strikes it, injuring it, but not detonating the demonic critter.

Meikka attacks with 15 ST when acting alone, but its kills don't count against its need for bloodshed.

Grimaldi kept alert, ready to begin casting if need be. He also kept his distance, waiting like one lighting off fireworks, in Little Sahud.

Mancini retreats for the moment. While he considers his options, he grabs his dwarven whetstone and sharpens his rapier.

In reply to Sederic (msg # 303):

Miekka attacks at 18, and with 15 ST, thrusting for 1d+3 iirc. So roll, and you hit on a 16 or less.

Kalima waits for the sword to clear before advancing with her spear. The creature, ignoring the o5her's attacks, charges giggling at her.

Seeing the imp's charge, Ardenas doesn't wait to cast again, but simply throws the quarrel at the giggling creature like a dart.

In reply to Ardenas Barehand (msg # 307):

Sorry, was waiting on the damage roll. As the dancing sword stikes it, the creature, with an earth shattering KABOOM, bursts into a three yard ball of flame, with fragments of bone flying. The sword is flung back ontonthe floor of the tavern.
Those at the periphery  take 2 points burning before DR.

Norman was warding Mancini and covering a two yard field in front of his master.
(He is under Mancini's control, you can post for him)

Mancini braces for impact, placing his heavy cloak over his face and vitals. If hit, the cloak will lower damage to 1 point.

(Ooc: No, for some reason I can post as Kalima, but not as Norman.)
