Ooc: Am I awake?  I hope so, because if I am, I can give Reanna a buff.

The first and middle watches pass uneventfully, Arvak wakes with Dilandua and offers to spar with them.

Re: Against the Mageguild

Dilandua will accept a light sparring, but only once a few others have started to rouse (so there are extra eyes about).

Until then Dilandua performs some meditation and some one-arm pushups (today is upper-body day apparently) interspersed with keeping watch.

OOC:  16:04, Today: Dilandua rolled 4 using 1d6.  Chi Rituals, 1d hours.

The halfling is quite good with the blade, roughly on par with Dilandua's base level skills; demonstrating that he is a swashbuckler rather than another template.

Re: Against the Mageguild

OOC:  By "base skill" I presume you mean Arvak has roughly a 20 in sword/rapier skill?  So he was beaten not for lack of fighting skill... but because he made the mistake of not running away fast enough?  (an ogre would be a hard foe for a halfling Swashbuckler to defeat, their toughness combined with his low damage)

That is correct. He caught a light tap from a treetrunk,  after stabbing the ogres in their feet and shins.

If there is breakfast to be had, I’ll have it.  Especially if worms are involved.

Re: Against the Mageguild

Aegis will take care of his items, and help out with the general camp tasks, but he's gruff and irascible through the whole process.  At least, until he builds up a little alcohol in his system, and makes the mild hangover go away.

Dilandua politely declines any offers of food, instead eating odd looking rations and lighting incense to meditate by until the group is ready to leave.

Dne complains about the lack of garlic.  Are mere onions supposed to suffice?  What’s the world coming to?

Re: Against the Mageguild

Aegis has enough alcohol in his system to knock out yesterday's fog, but not enough to hamper his movements.  They were approaching their designated task, and he knew it was about time to wean off the alcohol for the business at hand.  He is up and ready to go by the time everyone else is...and flipping a couple coins in his palm, so they jingle a little bit.
