Re: Against the Mageguild

Dilandua simply sheathes the spears, makes sure everyone is prepared to depart, and then sets off trying to maintain a pace to give the warrior periodic opportunity to stop and perform necessary exercises while waiting for the others to catch up (rather than fall behind and then have to catch up).

Dne does some air exercises while his companions below examine (romance?) the stone.

In reply to Dilandua (msg # 467):

It is not long after midday.

The bridge is clear, and you find another bell on the opposite side.

As they are getting close, Aegis stops drinking for the most part.  He's about out of liquer anyway, having provided the Troll with his bottle during the 'operation'.

"The plan was to stop briefly in town, resupply if necessary and then continue on, getting as far past Saint Remy as we can.  If we find a good meeting location that afternoon or evening, great, if not we take the first we find the next morning.  Unless the group makes better time than we calculated, we'll have most of the day to prepare the meeting.  Hopefully they arrive the following day or evening, tired and relaxed expecting no trouble that near to Saint Remy, and we can commence with getting paid."

Re: Against the Mageguild

Aegis, uninterested in the planning, belches while standing off to the side.  He definitely needed to replenish his alcohol while in St. Remy, and then there was the matter of his entertainment.  That required important consideration, while the others were handling the boring necessary crap.

Re: Against the Mageguild

Aegis shrugs and then winces a little bit.  It could end up being a long night for him.  Nothing he had not seen before.

Looking at the bottle in his hand, he shows some level of annoyance that his last bottle of dwarven spirits is already gone.
