Frustrated that Felix was sticking to his story (whether because it was the truth or he believed it to be), Mancini wondered if it might be more beneficial to track down this Maudlin character.

"Do you have a copy of the pamphlet?"

"I don't have one with me, but I do in my rooms.  I have seen her last where I brought the broadsheets, a Rathskellar a few blicks from the Wastrel's hope.

Mancini turns to Oly. "Do you think you would be able to grab a few samples of Felix's work for examination?"

"D'you want someone to go with you, Oly?  Keep an eye out, perhaps?"

"I never saw anyone else in the shop, Johan asked that I return the books, and I never swore anything."

"Come on Felix, let's go down stairs and wait for Oly and Ardenas to return, I'll get you a drink while we wait.  Sederic, if you'd join us?  I think you could use a drink as well, maybe quench some of that fire burning in your belly."


Unless someone stops him, Benny guides the young printer's apprentice down to to the 'tavern' and gets all three of them ales while they wait for Oly and Ardenas to return.

At move 6, Sederic is fast enough...

Mancini will wait in his office, until Oly and Cardenas returns with the documents in question. Only after studying the documents can he know if he has additional questions for Felix and come up with a plan of attack.

While he waits, Mancini will deal with guild business. However, before he does, he quietly motions for Norman to keep an eye on Felix, to make sure he tries not to escape.

Mancini shuffled his papers on his desk as he quickly refreshed his memory about any information he could share with Camilla.

"Yes, Camilla, it seems so. I wonder if our current mission and the events you describe are connected. We already discovered a holy fount was desecrated, and writings in this town were subtly tweaked."

He turned to Kalima. "What do you think?"
