OC:  Benny just got to Northport within the last two or so weeks, I don't think it's appropriate for him to be allowed the defaults...
BTW the default for Area Knowledge is IQ-4 for people who don't have it on their sheets.

That would make an excellent Prayer for him though... "Know The Way", grants the user Area Knowledge, Savoir-Faire, Navigation, and Survival skills (probably as a Talent bonus), and any necessary Cultural Familiarity.  Okay, I know what's going on Benny's Wish List...

OOC:  Can we go ahead and just make a list, every name with "C" going back however far Manicini thinks is necessary, everyone with the other markings, etc?  So we A) have an idea of how many people to investigate and can investigate multiples if possible, and B) don't have to go through the "make a speed-reading roll" delay after every case is resolved?
