Stenet remains standing, but he sets his shield and axe with his pack, drinks water and eats a ration while letting Melchizedek check everyone over and rest up.

it is odd... not a single row of two prints, but a row of asingle print, a yard apart and a foot and a half long, with the longest toe in the center.

18:29, Today: Stenet Fjall rolled 11 using 3d6.  Lore check, "one legged demon-creature" supposition?  Hidden Lore (Demons) 12, Hidden Lore (Spirits) 11, Theology (Dwarven Shinto) 11.

Anything on "one-legged demonic" creatures (aside from some Chinese demon/ghost)?

Is one eyed, one legged, hopping purple people eater...

Right. Hograth just hears 'demon' and moves forward in a determined fashion, crossbow cocked but not loaded, and axe and shield ready.

Stenet again takes up the rear to ensure nothing sneaks up on them from behind, axe and shield at the ready.

Ginko can see some movement in the trees bearvthe hill, but isn't high enough to see over it ar what is there.

Ginko flies toward the front of the group and gets the other's attention, hovering at face level. He prefers not to shout his announcement from above loudly enough for everyone to hear so he feels it prudent to say it closer and quieter.

"Movement in the trees ahead. Should I get a closer look?"
