Re: Return to temple hill
Goran was used to being judged by people. For many, it was the scar on his face. Then, there were those who looked at his age, and decided he was unfit or unwell. Others (from the religious community) looked down on him because Hors was not among the common or popular religions in Northport.
Being judged was nothing new for Goran. He had spent his life disputing evil religions, which often put him at odds with cultists and evil worshippers. He was ready for it, and in a twisted sort of way he even welcomed it. The feeling of judgement meant he was doing his job right, and that gave him a sense of purpose.
With vigorous words, Goran starts praying, fervently.
'Hors, please hear me. I worship you and the truth you bring to your servant. We are about to face evil, and I beg your favor such that I can stand my ground and protect the innocents in this realm...'
