"Naturally. But since the owner is probably not a fan of our idea, we should check out what else is going on. Particularly what else could be bad for our health..."

Haveron considers the situation carefully.  There were different angles to consider, but after some careful consideration he offers "We should check the quarters where the servant came from.  While we did come here to seek riches, we also did not anticipate anyone being home.  If the master does happen to be home, I'd rather know how many of his servants he has working.  Maybe he has a functional kitchen, which would tell us if anyone eats here."

After a few seconds of pause, Haveron asks "Gorgoth, shall we?", before readying his sword, and proceeding towards the door where the servant came from.

The Adept did not step forward and did not take a glass, he is still standing by the door with his sword up and ready as he watches things and observes the room.

"Why don't you finish the rest, Gorgath? Or your friend may. Say, I wonder where the water came from? Perhaps you can finish it, and then ask for some more. Then we can follow him to see where it came from. Essential water can be valuable...a source more so."

In reply to Gareth (msg # 26):

you can see past the servant into the next room where a wooden cabinet set into the stone wall, it is from this that the servant had withdrawn the glasses. Decorative friezes with the same pattern as the Golem's tooth plates adorn the walls. The area is well swept, apparently by the smaller constructs.  The Gorgath sized statues support the roof with their stone swords, and the room is suffused with a pale blue glow.
In addition to the room the Servant stepped through, and the one you enterd through, there are two more exits from the room

Haveron motions for Amelia to come along with him.  "Omar, please watch the room to make sure we are not approached while we are investigating the other room.  Amelia may have insight into what the master of this tower uses for his guests."

The swordsman will proceed into the construct's quarters to look around and see what is tnere.

OOC  Check it for safety, and then search the room to see if there is anything of value, or if anything might give them insight into the tower's master.

[Private to GM: Haveron has no search skills, but Amelia has Streetwise to go along with Scrounging 13.  She did make the scrounging roll by 1.
15:30, Today: Secret Roll: Amelia Montaigne rolled 12 using 3d6.  Scrounging 13.

Unfortunately, anything she sees will not register, probably because it's magically imbued, or she isn't familiar with it's make.  Choose the most appropriate skill - she missed them all.
15:32, Today: Secret Roll: Amelia Montaigne rolled 16 using 3d6.  Amelia Connoisseur (Clothing) 12, Heraldry 12, Merchant 14.

[Private to GM: Umm, I think that might be a critical success! Theumatology 19, rolled 5!]

In reply to Gareth (msg # 29):

Amelia notes a wardrobe in the other room;

Gareth notes that the decor is simply a basic design motif customarily seen as part of the illuminated decorative borders from a classic magical textbook. Some argued that a spell was written in cypher, but one that was 500 pages long, and it was never resolved while you were active before your entombment.

Wow, classic conspiracy stuff that would set him off. He will try to take careful notes of all the glyphs, writing them around the edge of his shield. Can he find any writing implements and/or paper? if not, he will ask the friendly golem for some...

Amelia looks around, before commenting "This looks interesting.  Why would a construct need clothing.  I wonder what might be in here...?"  She glides across the room and starts opening drawers, while Haveron keeps watch over the room.

The golem puts the tray of glasses back in the cabinet and intervenes in your attempt to open the wardrobe, which has no drawers only a double door. It motions for your cloak.
