Re: The Black Tower
In reply to Gareth (msg # 523):

Amelia smiles blankly, not really understanding.

She retieves her hand and then addresses Berry again, "How about you, Berry, when was the last time you went to a party?"

In reply to Amelia Montaigne (msg # 524):

Amelia finds a comfortable velvet wrap-robe that is unisex, and a pair of slippers in the clothes press.
there were no scrolls in the room, it is, while nice, sparse.

a bit like a mid range hotel room.

Re: The Black Tower
With a gleeful smile Amelai slips into the velvet robe and sashays around, "Does it suit me? What do you think, Gareth? Berry?"

She glides towards their guide, "Am I allowed to keep this, Safwen?"

"Perhaps," smiles Amelia and gives a twirl. "But are we done here?" She tries on the slippers to see how big theeir previous wearer's feet were.

In reply to Safwan (msg # 529):

"The greenish color suits you I suppose. There ought be more treasure here than bathrobes though."

the slippers fit, and are fairly comfortable.

This looks more like a guest chamber. the master's robes were more ornate.

accross the hall and to the right of this room are similar pairs of double doors, and a singular door is down the hall.

In reply to Safwan (msg # 529):
"Thanks, er, Safwan. Would you like some new clothes too?" asks Amelia, as she looks down to look at the robes on her leg.

In reply to Haveron Stormwal (msg # 530):
She does a doubletake at Haveron, "Why, thank you, Haveron. That's charming of you so say so. I'd almost forgotten you were here, so quiet you've become." She smiles to underscore it's just social chit chat and not intended as criticism.

In reply to Amelia Montaigne (msg # 531):

Gareth wanders over to the double doors.

"But you are right, I do not believe this to be a hotel."

He gives the doors a pull, seeing if they are locked.

OOC: Just to clarify, "creture", and the associated comment, (Msg #534) was aimed at Safwan, not Gareth. She wasn't being snarky. Gareth is clearly a man.

OOC: Gareth understood that. I think Safwan is some kind of constuct, perhaps flesh golem, constructed from body parts though, hence Gareth's comments.

Re: The Black Tower
In reply to Safwan (msg # 538):

"Well, Safwan, as the robes are now mine, slippers too, I guess I can choose what do do with them, right?" asks Amelia as she neatly folds the robes and places the slippers on top.

After Safwan agrees, or indeed doesn't comment, she continues, "In that case, please allow me to give you these as a present, my gift to you." She passes them to the unusual fellow.

Re: The Black Tower
In reply to Amelia Montaigne (msg # 541):

"You are very kind." Safwan's face twists into a slightly horrifying shape which, on closer inspection, resolves into what passes for a smile. Safwan removes his tatters and slips on the robe. The robe just reaches the tall creature's knee. Safwan attempts to slide the slippers onto huge, bare feet, but only manages to squeeze the toes into the fabric. "Like this?"

the opposite room is similar to the Teal room, only in golden hues- yellow. tan, and some items embellished with brass inlays or a small amount of worn gold leaf.  otherwise, the same.
