That is what I thought. Can the pixie piff oil? Anita was planning that, Marcus, but I just wanted to be sure I was not the only one with oil...Gordab and Leroy should lobb some as well as they approach, so we are sure we get them well :)

The pixie can toss ampules of alchemists fire (comes like potions in a 1oz (33ml) glass vial with a cork stopper). Lamp oil is by the pint, (2lbs) and barely liftable by the pixie (he can, with difficulty)

Doing a final check of the bodkin bolt, Anita will aim carefully for the leaders heart, unless there is a shield blocking, in which case she will aim for his skull. Does he have a shield?

They are just entering the street leading to your deadly intersection. They all have shields and heavier torso armor (jack of plates) and helmets.

Do they get DB against the first surprise attack though, if she has not yet been seen She ould need to have clear sight of their vitals to aim there, as I understand, hence asking if her line of sight to vitals is blocked...

Just because the shield is hanging there they get the DB bonus...

So Anita will aim at either vitals of the leader, if she has line of sight not interrupted by a shield hanging there, or the leaders head! Let them get in and closer...

If you are shooting from the front, the DB has effect. Period. It islike someone standing behind a tree, you need to get behind them for the shield(or tree) to not have effect.  Aim for whatever, but you get -2 to shoot past the shield.
