The archer fires at the leader's unprotected neck, and through sheer force of will, despite multiple wounds, he lurches forward to swing at Leroy.

Fully half of the purists advance, pushing aside the injured. The rest are tossing aside their shields.

Leroy, unfortunately you now need to make 4 rolls of 1d-3 (before foot DR (boots are 2, shoes are 1) for damage from stepping on caltrops!

Leroy managed to get through the caltrops owing to his boots, and toughness. He retreats behind them, and into a space where he won't be overwhelmed.

I am sorry for being awol.  I did not notice the thread had moved.  So I was waiting on the other thread.  Was little off my head last month with pain.
I have been in great deal of pain over last month with sowlen gums and way to much work.  Spent both Christmas day and boxing day on my own try sleep most of the time.

The remaining purists (9 of them) seem very hesitant, and start backing up.

In an act of sheer theatrics Rosewood bounces multi-colour pixie dust of the groups shield.  Then raises his arm ready to give a proper strike with pixie dust bolt.  Looking at the purest as if to say who's next?
