Re: Deathtrap

While the battle carries on below Rosewood hums to himself.
The Oak Tree

A mighty wind blew night and day.

It stole the Oak Tree’s leaves away.

Then snapped its boughs

and pulled its bark

until the Oak was tired and stark.

But still the Oak Tree held its ground

while other trees fell all around.

The Autumn Court, it too still stands

in spite what Summer and Winter plans.

The area of your kill box begins to become dark and gloomy as if a storm cloud were forming overhead. The shadows lengthen and gather, and Rosewood starts to feel a chill.

Two of the mildly scorched purists gape in horror, the others have fled or been gravely wounded. Even Gordab seems uneasy.

Re: Deathtrap

Rosewood gets up and walks to the edge of the roof.
He looks around and does his best to understand what is going on.
He shivers but pushing himself through.  If he was going to join or create an Autumn Court then he was going to have to get use to this.
He uses his magic to see what is going on.
Cast See Invisible.
With a sad voice the little pixie say to the shadows and chill in the air.
So I shall be a minor prince of the Autumn Court with a storm damage tree and a golden oak leaf as my symbol or lose my existence trying.  What are the numbers of days that a pixie has unless he became a prince of his people.  As a people have we not been given the short straw.

The little pixie looks around both in hope and trepidation.

OOC:
[Private to GM: Does Rosewood feel like he lost FP because he cast a spell to create the shadows / storm?  Do you need me to roll anything to tell if Rosewood is able to work out what happening?
22:35, Today: Rosewood rolled 8 using 3d6.  See Invisible NT 13.
Player to GM - oops what have I just done?  I did not see that coming.  Forgot about my flaw Weirdness Magnet.

Re: Deathtrap

Rosewood looks over to Anita Drake and speaks.  His voice somehow carries.
Anita.  I think this is between me and the lady.

Rosewood turns back to the woman.
I do not like what I have done one bit.  I have taken a life and find no pleasure in it.  You will note that once the leader died and the others ran I stopped.  When we take on responsibility it seems.  One must sometimes do things we do not wish to do.  The results may turn out not to our liking.  These men would kill others just because they have fay blood in them.  I have chosen to stop them because I have a good heart.  I have chosen to defend my fellow brothers and sisters in the fay world.  But also my half-brother and half-sisters as well.

So how do you like what I have done?
