Head back to the other and back to Northport.

"Traps?  On the road?"  That's so very highly unlikely."

Once on the road Dilandua will once again range ahead of the group.

"I guess that depends on the situation.  Traps in a road make perfect sense as part of a defense network.  Especially if they're the sort that can be easily bypassed by those who know they're there.

"I don't think that was the right kind of hammer for that, though.  It sounded more like someone was nailing together a wooden frame of some kind."

Dne returns to earth, joining the party.  “Can’t a wooden frame be part of a trap?”

The tall, thin mage looks thoughtful.

"I suppose it's possible.  I really don't know traps very well, but I've seen one that sort of makes mice walk a plank and then fall off into a barrel.  Don't think it would work well against humans, though."

"Wonder if you could catch a burglar that way?"
