Chou-Zhen suddenly seems to notice what Saishi Jin said.

"No, we are all allowed to 'cheer on' our preferred champion -- so shouting commands to his created Warrior is permitted, as is, apparently, creating one in the first place.

"On the other hand, choosing to depend on such a creation when one might suddenly lose communication is, perhaps, not the most foresighted approach."

the champion continues to swing at Percival with an empty hand, and the knight concetrates hi attacks on disarming the unnatural foe of its other axe.

Kichiro was taken off guard by the sudden appearance of the illusion.  He had an arrow nocked before he realized that nobody on his side was doing anything.

the unarmed knight ignores the command, and its dropped weapons, and proceeds to punch at Percival, who blocks the hits with his shield before trying to attack through chinks in the armor, and does so, stabbing deeply.  the Silent combatant slows its attacks, being badly wounded.

Bresnark seems very agitated, and is silently shouting and gesculating.

Chou-Zhen smiles broadly at Bresnark as the man continues to fail at making a sound.

it is only a matter of a few seconds for the doughty warrior to finish off the unarmed brute champion, which falls to the ground with a crash.

a moment later and the armor collapses as though empty... and then the armor itself drifts into dust.

only the axes and Percival remain.

Chou-Zhen will not dismiss the Silence, but will let it lapse when the one minute duration runs out.

"I wonder how long it will take him to pack?  Oh, I forget, he will probably order Bresnark to do it for him, since the other servants here now serve Ser James."

"Bresnek was always a coward and sucked up to the tyrants in Shevnia. He'd rather deny himself dignity if it meant living a cushy existence," making sure Bresnek heard him.
