the gnolls fighting the dragonmen back up and lower their weapons, the slightly charred ones being blasted by Christine and burned by Crispin are in retreat

Christine will stop maintaining the smoke and tell Crispin to only target those still fighting as the dragonkin oversee the surrender.

The younger sister smiles.

"I'm not trying to start anything -- certainly not with your big boy and his big sword right there.  At least not without inviting him."

the gnolls hve ben lowering their weapons, and are looking expectantly at Jednesa.

"Hey Nessie, tell them to move away from their weapons and follow the directions of the dragonfolk...let them deal with prisoners on their lands."

"Put weapon down there,", and once they've dropped them, "Sit there" and she points to a spot ten feet away from their weapons.

Once they've done that Jednesa steps over, towers over them a moment, and then lays their limp leader on the ground before them.

Jednesa steps back and asks the gnolls, "You agree Jednesa strongest leader?  You surrender to Jednesa?"

"I'll help you tend 'that wound' later," he says to Val, winking roguishly.

the gnolls, divested of their weapons, gather in submission and look up at Jednesa expectantly

"Good.  Stay here."  As she turns away, she cranes her head about to get her remaining good eye on the HOly Sister, adn lowers her voice to her 'indoor' level, "See to gnoll leader not die.  Please?"

Jednesa stomps over to the Drgaonmen Leader, or at least the one who accepted their parlay before, "Do Dragon people eat other people?"

"I'll do what I can, Jednesa."

With things calmed down, the elder sister approaches the (presumed) unconscious Bouda and starts to triage, first, to find if there's something critical (like major bleeding or not breathing), then begins to diagnose.

Emma, exhausted at the casting, begins to meditate and pray to recover her energy.

"Emma, is there more healing needed?  Holiness and I both got bruised, but we can deal with that after resting.  I have some energy still, if there's some more urgent need."

"Jednessa could use some more energy, but she has healed as much as we can, though her eye will take a while to work again."

looking shocked, the Dragonman reports "We eat fish, fowl, and mutton, not carrion eaters like these!"

the leader of the gnolls has some likely onternal bleeding and was partially strangled.

Jednesa nods, "Good, Jednesa not eat people anymore either.  What do dragon people do with prisoners?"

"Holy Sister!  This one needs your help."  Then Evelina checks for crushed windpipe or larynx, or other blockage affecting breathing, while the younger sister runs to her.

"She may be bleeding inside; I need you to stop the bleeding."

While the elder sister continues assisting the bouda's breathing, the younger kneels and lays her hands on the creature, speaking softly once again, and once that holy work is completed, begins the next with extra care and time.

With that done, she sits down heavily next to her sister and the freshly healed gnoll leader.  "I need to rest."

Christine is happy to let the dragonfolk decide what to do with the interlopers, so she just surveys her team, and checks on Crispin and the Droagonfolk injuries.

Not fully trusting the dragonmen, Masugatan tries to keep an eye on everybody, making sure no one is being interfered with.  He has no delusions about being the king of chivalry, of course, but he keeps a particularly close eye on the ladies... although he supposes they can handle themselves just fine.

It occurs to him just how far he has come since his days on the streets...
