The corridor is two yards wide with a 1 yardwide carpet running down the hallway.

The Adept takes the lead with the rest following, he walks up the corridor to the end/ first door/intersection.

Amelia follows, heart pounding after her unacustomed bravery with the door thing. She grips her cheap sword in one hand and fingers her necklace with the other.

Apart from a carpet, do we see anything else?
e.g. lights, walls, ceiling, doorways, carvings, paintings etc?

The simple hall, which has sconces that Berry can see to be lit with magelight is free of dust and ends about 9 yards away with theee doors, one at the end and one on each side.

The Adept walks to the end of the carpet and looks at the three doors.  Which do we ssssstart with?

"The Right one," suggests Amelia, and then adds, "If we find a decent broadsword, perhaps I could have it? The very inexpensive one that I have doesn't really feel right. Like it might break if I hit anything hard."
