I don't recall you saying anything about needing cold weather clothing for character creation. There's not even anything listed for wearing except for a warmer sleeping bag in either Characters Basics or DDF Adventurers.

this place appeas to be the heart of winter in faerie. it acts a little differently... and not everything in faerie is what it appears to be...


also DF not DFRPG had some rules for cold weather.  do not expect to be losing tons of FP. in Northport it is late spring, around April 20th or so, so it definitely was not needed there, and the other door in the bar opens int high summer in Faerie

Depending on which/both that Atticus lives in, it would be expected that he would own that kind of clothing. I still have $260 left for him for any clothing as needed.

at the end of the statue laden path is a smallish (1 yd by 2yds high) door with elven runes writ around the doorframe.
