Alastrine we have a method for learning arcane spells-you go to the guild to see Spielgud, and he rolls teaching and casts the spell. if both are successful you foll thaumatology to learn, and pay him $20 per fp spents to cast.

After a "Meet you haere later!" to anyone relevant that's listening Alastrine heads off to the guild to see Spielgud to see about learning some spells. After less than a dozen paces she returns and sayas sheepishly, "Was there some sort of reward, or loot, from having disassembled the gate through which the ungodly creatures had been entering?"

======
OOC: To potentially learn the three spells she'd like Alastrine would need $200. She has $13.

plus this

there were some missed opportunities and hard to extract wealth (the 400lb snail shells are worth a fortune but nearly impossible to move; had you entered the tower using a very folkloric method you were so close to, there would have been more

 Any hellgates you find here,however,you will be greatly compensated for the closure thereof."

occ Numsy and Flavius are civil servants, only The high priest Remulus might be swayed by Savoire fair.
