While the bluecloaks of Sergeant LeFleur patrol Dockside and redlight,
 the orangecloaks of Captain Justin patrol the Artisinal district. There always seem to be more of them than fit in their headquarters, so perhaps it extends this far down.

Hmmm, they is the Artist area patrol, must be above us.

At this, Aldous turns back and whispers "R'treat!  Le's go!" then resumes heading for the wedged-open door, now at a faster pace.
