"You don't look like a barbarian, so means you must be Monorith. What are the rules of engagement?"

OOC: Is peach wood easily recognisable as such or could it pass for a 'usual' practice sword?

"Weapon?" I look him up and down, sizing him up and chuckle lightly, as if finding him wanting " I'm a dual sword fighter. How about I trade out one of my metal swords with a practice one, so I don't hurt you too much."

Re: Time for a beating

I walk into the fight area, and draw my swords, positioning my left side, which holds the metal sword, toward him in an effort to hide the peach wood. I breath deep and ready myself."Ready when you are."

OOC: I'm waiting with all out defense: parry.

Standing ready, I catch his katana with my shortsword, then strike back with the peachwood aiming for his neck to give him a clear view of it. "Son of a PEACH!"

Kalvo nods his head to the man. A largish fellow wearing only a kilt and

on the rooftop.

[Private to Oly: at the moment, Kalvo is still in one doorway looking out, but you should have an opportunity to act as soon as he engages]

I kick the mace away and put a boot in a shoulder to make his back flat on the ground. "Who's small now?" I say quietly to him. Then louder to everyone. "My name is Arvak, remember it. Is there anyone left in Kalvo's crew who's 'not afraid of my stick?' Actually, is there anyone left in Kalvo's crew at all??" I'm grinning widely at the loss of one of Kalvo's healthy members.
