Iksander, unless you have both levels of Combat Medic [5/lvl], First Aid either takes 1 minute or is at -10 to do in one combat round.


Note, there are a few Perks that can reduce this penalty as well, but that Cleric Power-Up is about the best way to get 1 round First Aid at almost 0 (it ends up being -1) penalty.

I'd presumed that the combat was over for the moment.

Urhaqui appears to be a derivation of Uruk-Hai, which is the 'orc' race in Lord of the Rings.
