Members of a merc unit may elect to depart from a merc unit and rejoin the Freelancers at this time.
Mercenary units may elect to add one member to their unit from the Freelancer pool at this time.
Freelancers are allowed to look into joining this unit or that.
None of these are mandatory actions.

I had not been making PSR rolls until late in the mission, and someone suggested that I post my initiative roll at the end of my turn as I would delay the game by about 7-9 hours while I came home from work. I apologize for getting the rolls of PSR and Initiative out of order, I suppose if I had failed it would have affected Op force movement.
Kitten, thank you for putting up with the small mistakes while I remember the rules.

Or you could do what I did which was make an Eden alt character...but i have to warn you you'll have even less xp to start which will make things really hard at the get go and you can't be thrown off by being able to do a whole lotta nothing right off the bat ;)

When you fail unsafe movement your legs each take internal damage, that's instant normal critical checks. tn8+ means you took at least one critical.
On top of that. You make decompression rolls for the legs. tn 10+ means the leg decompresses and youre disabled.
(The reason i left Ana alone was she was making unsafe speed checks and i was banking on... well... her taking herself out.)
Now go roll more dice.
