He wants the 'free' endo/ferro.

One problem though...

Ferro and Endo both cost 6 more crits each.

Valk only has 5 free. You just don't have enough space considering the Ferro and Endo is still in beta production and isn't refined yet.

Already did this song and dance when I looked at the 3050 mechs ;)

Well they exist, just with a lot more crits left/right torso (like 6)

engine repairs will be murder if you lose any torso.

ohhhh yeah okay, if they take up more crits like that, I think I'll just leave it be, and take the 3025 version, It still gets the job done, but I will have to go through some revision of the character :)

but with that in mind... I think I will just run a regular valkyrie, that engine isn't an XL from what the page states, or am i wrong?

on a side note: why are hoff sinks more expensive and harder to ge than regular double sinks?, aren't hoffs for all intents and purposes a worse version?

Hoff sinks are only one critical and can swap with a heat sink any where on the crit table.

Ds/he are three crits and limited to on in rt/Lt and one in ra/LA.

So you can't have more than four ever.

Solid Slug from Solaris is here!

Well known in the lower gladiatorial tiers he worked his way up from ad-hoc industrial mechs made combat ready.  Eventually he scored big and took a Hatchetman as salvage.

Stripping out the big old AC/10 he slapped 3 more tons of armour on her frame, CASE in the torso and jammed in an AC/6 for some range and 5 Machine-guns for when the going got too hot (two facing the rear even).

Peacemaker II is one HOT mama.

Will work for food...

Probably a good plan.

Only reason I didn't hack up my own lungs was I'ev been doing so much data entry on spreadsheet sthat it's all 1's and 0's to my eyes right now.

You're presumed one successful roll for ARMOR and AMMO at tn8+

(NOT internals)


You also can not roll for anything more than once Morgan, so you wont be able to get your Valk into Endo steel immediately.

Did you want to keep the Ammo from the LRM installed?

Presume ML will be (1) RA, (2) LA unless you tell me different.


You're allowed (3) Availability rolls, you may not roll for anything more than once.  You do not have to roll for your mech, you do not have to roll for standard tech equipment you intend to install on your mech.

You do have to roll for advance tech you want to install, you do have to roll for anything extra to keep in inventory, you do have to roll for any conventional vehicles you want to command.

YOure giving up Heirloom?  +1 to initiatives for a very very low price?

I'd give up other things personally but that's pretty cheap.

the only other thing i can justify giving up, all in mind, is the double heat sink, for another regular heat sink.

Gotta have a transport for peoples bling (not to mention, my 1t of armor which i totally forgot to add) :)

and I want an air transport for that stuff, need something that can airlift supplies in and out.

not dropping the flamer, since you seem to looove that infantry, and I am sick and tired of having hostiles I can't reasonably shoot on the map.

and I don't  intent to stay in the valkyrie, just need to earn about 2 million credits before it's worthwhile to invest in a heavier mech :P

Just remember you can't get classic transports, only full commanders.  It's their job to make sure that the unit has adequate additional transportation/cargo assets not you anymore :)

You could try and roll for an APC or something that has an infantry bay and then use it to transport things but they are only good for 1 ton and they would be combat units mainly.

I've actually started adding infantry, i just have to figure out a cost for them, they're probably going to be dirt poor.  What's the best thing to use against infantry?  more (better armed) infantry :D
