Characters will be:

-1st Level
-32 Point Buy
-Core races
-No Psionics
-Starting gold: per PHB
-Max HP
-Most books are allowed, but if you want something beyond the PHB or Complete Series, please be able to provide the source (this goes for classes, items, feats, etc.)
