Re: OOC
Kerath can be a part of the group that wasn't present, an errand or something perhaps. It would make sense for a big group to split up sometimes in town to get everything done faster. That still gives a bit of leeway to bend the meaning of the reading. Is it "you" in this room? "You" in you group (present or not) etc.

Please welcome our new player, Tath!
Wow, we've got a Were-Tiger, a Chengahl, and now a Catfolk...
I certainly hope no one in this game has an allergy to felines. *evil laughter*

Welcome Tath!

No allergy to felines here, but I hope everyone can get along with really big dogs. ;)

Re: OOC
Hey there, folks!

Gonna Echo Curse, here. The three newboots could have been running errands. Yannow, fetching a few quivers of ammo, getting the lay of the land, grabbing some rooms, selling off accumulated treasure. . .

Seems to me a savvy thief would know how to fetch a price, a warrior for strength in numbers (Helps if he's got an eye for weaponry. Maybe someone needed a blade replaced?), and an inquisitive druid would help round things out. :3

I'm actually coming in not knowing anyone else, hence my sticking my head in the tent at an inopportune moment :)

Re: OOC
Ah.

Seeing as we're the classical intrepid adventuring party, I sorta just assumed we would all know each other somehow.

Re: OOC
I think that's the default for most of the party. I asked the GM about it because some aspects of my character will depend on first impressions of the rest of the party, and I didn't want to just guess how it would go :)

Re: OOC
Well maybe just Tath and I are out together getting some errands done before we meet up with the rest of the group, or break them out of jail if need be. :P

Howdy Tath! Felines may have to start a union! :)

Get along great as long as they are slow roasted with a light barbeque sauce! :P

LOL I'll not have an issue with the dog as long as it leaves my cat alone.

Re: OOC
So is it cool if I just jump in the story now? Make a post about how I'm walking along with Tath, see Tora go running by, and follow after her or something? Is it safe to assume that we all know each other at least somewhat?

Re: OOC
Sure thing!
Feel free to go around and do whatever you like in town whenever there isn't a major event happening.
And yes, aside from Feliph, we can all be assumed to be a part of the same group in some way or another. Feel free to work out backgrounds in that regard however you like if you are so inclined (reasons for joining, how long you were traveling with everyone, etc.)

A thought?

In past games I've played in, to help with collaboration and intertwined character histories, a thread would be set up, and people would go "Around the table," so to speak. Possible ins, relationships with each member of the group (Ranging from "I hate that blasted thief and we've had it out a lot" to "Never really noticed her"), etc. etc.

Of course, if things make it to the PMs, all the richer the story.

I've updated the second post in the new thread with info on the next leg of the journey.
Let me know if you need help posting or getting (re)started in the game.

I didn't really get a clear answer on whether Feliph should show up and go "Whoa, what's all this then?" or wait for the scene to play out so she could do some calmer introductions. Please let me know :)

Re: OOC
It's up to you. The guards will be regrouping eventually though, and in greater numbers. Someone who knows a quick way out of town would probably be very welcome about now.

OK, I think I'll go ahead then. I can't sit down and write it at just this second though, unfortunately.

I liked your character relations post Tath :)

Sadly it wouldn't make much sense for me to write one yet!
