Everyone can go up 5% in both ride and their combat style as you've enough Ticks.

If you don't have a tick next to Earth tongue and Spirit speech you should do. Same with POW.

Roll away....

Subtract your current skill % from 100, add your experience bonus to the result.

Experience bonus is 3% for every point of INT over 12.

This quantity or less must be rolled on 1d100. A successful roll means an increase of 5%

One go per skill with a tick.

You all get one Pow roll

Subtract your Current pow from 21, multiply the result by 5, roll less than that. If a success roll 1d100

Actually....I think I messed it up. I was using RQ 3rd edition advancement

100-37 = 63%+15%= 78%, which is the number you have to roll under. So a success.
