Kineticist PF2e

The party came upon a realization, they were in a bad place and a bad area with limited abilities to heal themselves. They found the time, and place, to heal themselves up, the paladin Dowan using his ability to lay on hands to heal the group up.

The group proceeded to head to a temple they had previously found out about and came upon a peculiar man, who was intent on blowing the temple up, as it offended him. Adar wasn't having any of it. The man, Gerhard Pendergrast, ignited a tindertwig to blow things up, and Adar quickly extinguished the flame, he tried again to the same result. Frustrated, Gerhard took out his blunderbuss and let a shot off, and once again Adar prevented the flame, though it took more effort than the previous times. Frustrated, Gerhard left, promising that we would see him again.

After dealing with Gerhard, the group headed towards a river, which while not moving rapidly, was still very wide and deep. The group continued moving the weather started turning for the worst, with rain coupled with still smouldering sections jungle, things did not look good for our intrepid heroes. As they moved towards a clearing, it was clear that the Yellow dragon totem, with Vrondur attaching a lightning rod to himself, for what reasoning though? He did end up attracting the first bolt of lightning, and suffice to say it was a shocking experience, to say the least. His armor in turn made some strange noises and in turn healed him from some of the damage he took.The party rushes forward, with Adar jetting across the field, attracting the attention of a flying creature of some kind. It dove at Adar, barely missing, when Stewie threw an envenomed javelin at it, striking it and poisoning it with a poison that started to freeze it to it's core.

Two more of them came from the jungle, attacking Dowan and missing, though he was not nearly as lucky when the totem hit with it's eye beams. After a magnificent skirmish, with these flying creatures still harassing the group, Dowan toppled the totem, and the rain and lightning started to subside. The fight continued, with 2 of these beasts striking blow upon blow upon our hapless heroes, and the heroes unable to respond in kind. Eventually though the group prevails, with Adar chasing down the final one and piercing it with a flaming arrow. After the fight, it was revealed the creatures were called Sabosan.
