Re: OOC

Nancy Pride rolled 1 success using 4d10 with the World of Darkness 3rd ed, Specialised system with a target of 7, rerolling 10s with rolls of 4,6,10(+4),2.  perception+occult(correct TN).

ST, I don't have my book in front of me yet, and haven't made the requisite notes on my sheet, so while I'm sure there's a computer roll required I don't yet know what it should be rolled at.  Please feel free to roll on my behalf if you would like as it will be a few more hours until I can crack open the book again.

Also, if you could set the roller to a default system if one is appropriate that would be great too.

Re: OOC

Awareness and Perception to scan the surroundings.

I used the World of Darkness 3rd edition - is that right?

15:03, Today: Leaf Storm rolled 2 successes using 5d10 with the World of Darkness 3rd ed system with a target of 6 ((8,1,8,3,7)).

Re: OOC

A couple of things to note garou (thats any werewolf can understand you no matter what form you are in.

Secondly when the pack totem was chosen extra points were spent and one of the boons granted by the great boar to the pack members was telepathic communications between you all. We are using italics to signify when you are speaking telepathicly and it only works for the pack.

As soon as I finish feeding kids and put thwm all to bed I will post on the main thread.

Re: OOC

So, not sure if everyone was given the same sheet to fill in and use or not (which is why I'm posting this here), but I noticed a few discrepancies between the standard W20 sheet and the one for the character.

Not sure if there were house rules in effect that I missed or what.

Dodge is listed as an Ability (it's not on the W20 sheet), and the Leadership was listed under "Skills" .

Said Leadership had replaced Larceny.

Knowledge is missing Academics and Technology, but has Linguistics and Politics.

As I said, not sure if there are rules in effect that make those Abilities again, or they were typos on my (everyones?) sheet.

Oh, and that computer roll.

Nancy Pride rolled 2 successes using 8d10 with the World of Darkness 3rd ed, Specialised system with a target of 4, rerolling 10s with rolls of 10(+5),1,1,4,8,7,1,2.  Intelligence+Computers(-2 Diff for Computer Aptitude).

In reply to Nancy Pride (msg # 763):

Yes I see the error in Nancy's sheet feel free to correct it so that it is congruent with the W20 system as that is what we are using. I recommend switching your dodge to athletics as this has replaced dodge I believe.

Each of the old players made their own sheets which would explain the typo's

I think you should've called for Sense Wyrm checks for those who have it. This is what it's designed for. ;)

Never mind. The Perception+Occult WAS Sense Wyrm. My bad!

Yes he gave his name to you I believe. If you read the posts on pages 3 & 4 of the current in play thread I think it was athius or some thing ... on a side note I adjusted the distance from them to 50yds I will try to use yds as the maps I do all use 5' squares

Re: OOC

In reply to Ryan Fox (msg # 776):

There are a few rolls you could use.
1. Strength + intimidation if you wish to try to scare them off. (Diff 6 there are more of you than them and any vamp knows he will be hard pressed in a toe to toe with a warewolf.)
2. manipulation + subterfuge if you wish to make them think that eating these humans is not a good idea and that the idea not to eat them was their idea. (diff 7 they aren't dumb)
3. manipulation + leadership if you wish to persuade them that you know better and that they should do what you say. (diff 8 as you are a warewolf they are vamps)

Number three is the roll I would like from you Ryan.

First, let's chop that difficulty down. I need to get persuasion active...

Base difficulty before any mods I have is 8, right?

19:04, Today: Ryan Fox rolled 4 successes using 7d10 with the World of Darkness 2nd ed, Specialised system with a target of 6, rerolling 10s.  Persuasion up?

That'll hack it down to 7 and give me unusual persuasive powers.

The supporter merit will hack it down to 5.

Leadership merit gives me an extra couple dice.

Now I can roll. ;)

Re: OOC

In reply to Sean Selmetzi (msg # 779):

Sean I would have to say yes and no. As it refers to them falling from their true purpose eg from being a vampire to a vampire serving the wyrm. and this is why I would say a vampire with no humanity score would be vulnerable to this guift. Those that hold onto their humanity wouldn't

Ok that's why I asked because I thought in a sense them falling from mortal to vampire would be a fall but it gets tricky when crossing over to other supernaturals within WOD.
