I think this game still serves a useful purpose for us but if you disagree and would prefer to see it deleted just let us know first so we can copy off anything we want to keep.

Yep - pretty much how I saw it.  I just happened to be looking my RPoL home page - refreshed and the game jumped to deleted.  So I promptly un-deleted and  posed the question :)

A tidy up script was run recently which would have flagged anything that hadn't had recent activity ...

I'd be happy too to copy all the info off and store it safely away if we want to let this one go - that way we can always put it back together again if the worst happens, for our next tilt.  :>

TBH, I am happier to keep it running, just in case anything does happen - because we will need to do our own tidy up / rewrite to include the latest historical updates IF we do need to go hunting for a new game.

I don't think the content of this game will have a significant impact on RPoL  storage costs or the back-up issues, or else I would suggest we trim the content now  and just keep the relevant stuff.
