In reply to The Assistant (msg # 1):

Indeed.
Actually I had mentioned this time Sven was taking point with Ronalt as Kalador was injured, but since you've put him behind shall we say he'd have crossbow ready instead? Or just pop him infront.

Kalador, any thoughts?

Re: OOC Mk IV

He's only behind because Kalador needed space to pull off his amazing feat of lock picking!
Note that if you REALLY want, you can stand three abreast in a 10 foot wide space, provided of course the total "space required" of each weapon fits within the available width. You wouldn't have three wielding quarterstaffs for example but three daggers would be easy.

Small movements of a dozen feet or so should be easily accomplished within another action. It's only when a character is crossing an entire room crowded with people and furniture where things get tricky.

Whatever the assistant says on this matter, is good with me.

Re: OOC Mk IV

I'm guessing that all three at the door will have swords in hand. Heavy crossbows aren't really renown for their close range rate of fire, although it would make a mess on that first shot...
Up to Sven to decide if a point blank shot, then drop and draw sword is the way to go, or just wade on in blade in hand. [Private to Sven Arnoff: The shot could be taken before initiative too given he's a specialist.]
