Re: Chapter 2
In reply to Flynn Goodall (msg # 20):
A few moments later, more of Flynn's company appear (Harma Smith and "Halfdead") and Flynn, begrudgingly, gives Godrick a few moments of his time to look over the money collected.
They are some short while talking numbers, then finally Flynn claps the mousey accountant on the back and returns to the party.
It is nearly time for the evening meal and the sun is already making dramatic ovations of setting at some point in the next few hours.
The Bone Bowl provides ample, if not quality, drink and food. The company is treated by Flynn, who it appears knows the owner of the establishment though the connection is not spelled out.
Both Flynn and Turncoat Dan pry more into your adventures, the former being most interested in your prisoner and the latter being most interested in the demons, witches, and how lusty the women of the mill truly are.
The patio of the Bone Bowl is occupied by a handful of other patrons, most of whom seem to be older mercenaries or Men At Arms.
OOC: Flynn pays you the balance of your contracts (as well as an additional Silver Sun to Uldaf for supplies), and notes that there is further work with his company if you are so inclined. If not, he will bid you farewell and good luck. Flynn does not immediately offer detail of the next assignment, but notes that he will be back at work the next day.
You are free to do as you please now. Separately or together as you will. The patrons of the Bone Bowl, as well as the staff, are more than happy to tell you about Thorngate, the surrounding areas, and local news if you ask, especially if you trade news in return.
