Dust Runner Galley

Luise is the first one to arrive in the galley after Gahler's announcement. There were a lot of people on the ship right now; it was going to get crowded.

Re: Dust Runner Galley

IM saunter in, grabs a beverage and sits down at a table awaiting the arrival of the rest of the crew.

Stez's makes his way to the galley, with Beth in tow. They locate a nice out-of-the-way spot to sit and wait.

Gahler strolls in and fixes himself a cup of tea before sitting down.

Re: Dust Runner Galley

Arc was pretty useless around the ship, so when Gahler called for a meeting in the galley, it was a no-brainer to head there right away. As it was, he still wasn't first. He guessed the others had simply been closer.

He'd also noticed that they'd made the transition to jump space, meaning they'd gotten out of the system successfully. There was still no guarantee that they wouldn't be jumping into the fire. He supposed that was what the meeting was about.

"So we've jumped," he commented. "Is there any way for the Swordies to know where we went?"

He'd never paid much attention to the workings of interstellar travel as it had always been someone else's responsibility.

Re: Dust Runner Galley

"It would be an easy guess as there are not many choices available." Gahler replied.

Walking in Roland headed for the coffee maker, poured himself a cup, and sighed as he took a sip. then Found a chair removing his helmet and loosening the catches on his chestplate to allow some degree of comfort as he sat down.

Kraig follows Steve and Roland into the galley.  He looks around and then motions toward Roland.  "This is our newest addition, Roland Steen.  He was in the escape pod."

Re: Dust Runner Galley

Along with Kraig and Roland, Randy files into the room, too.

Shortly afterward, Mara, Kara, and Jyro file in. The room is officially crowded now.

They are followed by Vermeer and Nate.

That puts 17 people in the galley... standing room only!

Re: Dust Runner Galley

"So we have six days to work out what we are going to do." Gahler started, "So ideas folks."
"17 folk are going to put a drain on resources so some volunteers for low berth passage would be appreciated."
