The first thing Luise did once she was back aboard ship was finish plotting out a course for Foreven. So little was known about this sector that it was hard to know where to go. However, it seemed like a good idea to avoid Zhodani space if they could. Avoiding the Zhodani completely probably wasn't possible, considering how long they'd been in that area, but asking them for information did not seem reasonable. Despite their powers of the mind, she had no reason to distrust them, but she also had no reason to think that they'd be either forthcoming or truthful. For all she knew, it could be the height of Zhodani humor to send a non-Zhodani ship to a planet overrun with dinosaurs. While that could be interesting at some level, that really wasn't what they were trying to accomplish.

No, better to avoid them as much as possible.

After figuring out a route to take, she then tried to work out a return route using only Jump-1s, but that turned out to be more than she could deal with at the moment.

Finally, she posted the projected route for the crew to examine.

Once that was done, she turned her attention to a revised roster--who could fill what ship positions and how well.

"Looking through the astrogation API, I don't see a jump 1 route back from Bael to Efate either Captain," Gahler said.  The closest thing he could find was a jump 2 route.

Harry made a note as to how to contact Siy and went to check on other needs for the crew. After a few minutes, he had what he needed.

Adriannah scanned the departures board her eyes darted from lines to line, as she compared the information with details on her hand held datapad. Giving a nod she grasped the handle of her travel case and headed towards the Bandersnatch's dock. Pausing to ask for directions when necessary, the last being from a dockworker 11.6 meters from the Bandersnatche's entry. Ignoring the docker's bawdy comment glancing up at the Freetrader as if it mysteriously appeared from thin air Oh! This is the Bandersnatch... thank you but not today she absently replied ignoring any further comment from the crude fellow as she strolled up to the access port. Extracting a small metallic stick she pressing its external com. Is anyone about..?

"Understood.", she responded to Harry, while she was in her glider with her bodyguards. First she headed to her dealer though, to increase her supplies of Anagathics. Then she made arrangements with her Steward, to take care of her estate while she was away. Everyone working for her would stay on the payroll if they wanted, just with lesser responsibilities for the time being. She also ordered her luggage to be delivered to the ship, including her PortaStudio^TM, which she had used when she was touring. Finally, she went to purchase some more software for her Neurojack, to be able to be of use during the journey.

Once pointed to a room, 'Forge' got settled in, getting a tour of the place and providing his credentials to get signed up. "Any chance to invest in this ship? I have some investments that I might be able to unload." he asked.

Peering at the com, Adriannah offered its lense a half smile. Rumor has it that there's a vacancy for a Translator in the Crew. Hopefully there is and its not another bunch of scuttlebutt. she replied in an even friendly manner.

I'm Adriannah Orilliah. she introduced.  I'm trained with Legal matters (Advocate) & Merchant Trading (Broker) in six Languages; have a dab hand with different tasks, can operate wheeled vehicle's. Well skilled at Environment Assessment (Recon & Survival)

Harry nods approval, "Six languages? I only have five, that's good. Sounds like you're intelligent enough to learn even more skills as you go so you can be of even more help. Advocate is good for contracts and such. We might be able to fit you in after all. We can discus pay later, it will be above average for position. Interested?" Harry gets on his comms and lets Luise know he is talking to a job seeker.

Adriannah was surprised by the similarities in Harries mix of languages to that of hers. Surmising this to be a standard selection offered by the various training facilities. Yes Oynprith is one of those I know. The others are identical to yours. This matchup doesn't do much for the prospect of being considered for the roll of translator.

Adriannah resisted the impulse to stare dumbfoundedly at Harry by staring blankly at him for several seconds. Boy oh boy there sure was something messed up with the Positions Vacant Notice. She wondered about this mix-up, especially since she didn't have any of those skills.

"Let's ask Luise what else we need. She's the captain. He gets on his commdot to Luise, "Captain, I'm interviewing a potential new crewman and was wondering what positions DO need filled?"

While Harry was talking into his comm, two men in expensive suits showed up. They were carrying a lot of suitcases, bags and boxes, and their suits showed the typical bulge that you see when someone is carrying a gun under it. Both men seemed slightly exhausted and more than slightly irritated. They dropped all the stuff at Harry's feet.

"Where do you want this?", one of them asked without further explanation.

Before the situation could escalate any further, a smaller, clearly female figure appeared behind the men, a hood covering her face, long strands of blond hair shooting out from under it. She kept walking and bumped into one of the two men.

"Oops, sorry.", Siyeon said, raising her head. She was wearing data shades. "I was just watching a new release. What's the hold up?" She took the shades off.

"We don't know where we're going, Singnie.", the first man said, his voice almost whiny.

"And we're really not porters. We're highly trained professionals.", the second man added, sending an irritated look to the first man.

"It's not far. Come on, I'll show you.", Siyeon said, stepping into the ship. "Hey, Harry.", she added as she passed him. The men grabbed all the stuff again and followed her as she led them into the ship.
