Leaflets are handed out with the following typed out on them.

"Don't be a B.A.S.T.A.R.D."

Bribery - Don't take or offer bribes, or blackmail people. No one is above the law.

Assault - Don't harm people.

Sedition - Don't rebel against soldiers or appointed civilian law officers. Don't get people to rebel with you against soldiers or appointed civilian law officers. Do not hinder law enforcement personnel as they do their duty by lying to them.

Theft - Everything is in short supply and no indication on when stable supply income can be set up again. Therefore do not steal what few valuables others have to include daily rations.

Arson - Destruction of valuable resources is to be avoided at all times. Starting fires, vandalism and other acts of destruction are prohibited.

Rape - While this can alos be considered 'Assault' it is a type of assault that gets a category of its own because of how horrible the act of rape is.

Drugs - Drugs of all kinds cloud ones perception and causes them to make bad decisions that may result in breaking one of the above laws.
