In your RTJ, please let me know the following three things:

1. How much experience do you have with FATE?

Experience with FATE isn't necessary to join and I'm happy to teach new players, but this will at least give me an idea of the general experience level of the group.

2. How often will you post?

I ask that if you join the game you commit to posting at least once every other day minimum. This isn't totally absolute and if you miss a day, a few days, or the weekend because of real life every now and then, that's 100% fine. Real life takes precedence without question. I just ask that you let us know if something is going to keep you away rather than leaving us hanging in limbo. If you cannot commit to the posting rate then I ask that you not apply.

The reason that I ask for a steady posting commitment is that FATE is a system that often requires a lot of back and forth, especially during the Character Creation segments. Combined with the slower nature of PbP this can lead to a game dragging, people leaving from boredom, and the game eventually dying. But if everybody is willing to commit to posting regularly, then this will be no problem at all.

3. Do you have a character concept in mind?

If so, what is it? If not, that's perfectly fine. Have a read through the setting material or discuss with your fellow players and see what tickles your fancy.
