Re: The Steel District
>>>> From Iron District >>>>>

Arriving from the Iron District the difference between the two districts is not readily apparent those who live near the wall only making a few gold more every year than their counterparts on the other side of the wall.  In fact many of the more weathly businessmen and shop owners live in the steel district and have their businesses in the Iron and Copper districts. Setting aside the differences in economic classes Lavender flits along the clean eaves and roof tops towards the Silverkin estate.  Luckily she doesn't have to fly all the way to the keep as her mentor had established his families Capitol city estate between the keep and the wall. Rising over the highwalls that most nobles favor around their estates and into the gardens Lavender quickly finds the back patio, where Will is preparing to take his tea.  Approaching him at his table see calls out, "Will, how have you been?"

Re: The Steel District
"Aaaah, Lavender, what a pleasant surprise."

The man was not as young looking and energetic as the fairy before him. One could tell that the two had known each other for a long time, but the years were a bit more harsh on William. What time had given him in wisdom, it had taken from him in strength and stamina. However, he still had his trademark smile, welcoming as always.

"What can I do for you old friend?"

Re: The Steel District
She darts over lands on his shoulder and hugs his neck before landing on the table infront of him,"Well I don't recall if I told you last time we had tea, but I have been been travelling with this quiet, rather independent, scout or ranger named Choryn. He is sooo quiet, and so cute around human women, can't keep the roses off his face, but a generally good guy.  Anyway, I learned for a but from this old fairy near the capitol once we went our separate ways, got me in touch with my own natural talents..." She jabbers on for a good several minutes about everything that has happened to her and then even recovers some old ground before coming back to her point, "but anyways like I was saying the reason I stopped by was to say hello, ask about the kids, and maybe see if you could set me up with a letter of introduction as to my healing abilities. I need it for a job, they don't believe a small folk like myself could contribute to a job in a big way like a large sized person could. Plus we really need to set up a time to have tea together it really has been so long..." she final winds down pausing as if for her first breath in the entire spiel.

Re: The Steel District
William laughed as the fairy told her life's story to him, he was used to hearing her talk, it was nice. He poured a small fairy sized cup of tea after she had finished talking, he had learned that it was best to give her something to drink after a story was finished.

"It has been quite a long time hasn't it. I remember when we were both green and had little idea of what we were doing."

He seemed to get lost in a memory for a moment before shaking himself out of the daze.

"Bah, but anyways. Of course I can help you out, and you're probably not going to get a better letter regarding healing than one form the Grey Court's official physician. Let me get my quill."

Re: The Steel District
Lavender graciously accepts the tea slipping into the memory with Will "we were green..." she muses sipping on the tea. "we certainly didn't think so... thought we would save the world one patient at a time..." as Lord Silverkin shakes himself from the daze she smiles at his comment, "I certainly hope not, but you can leave the part out about how I taught you everything you know." She grins mischievously setting her cup down and twirling. "Second afternoon after we get back, we must have tea again, and this time you won't leave out the detail about the kids and grand-kids!!!" She exclaims, flicking her wings. The small amount of caffeine in the tea was enough to make her almost twitchy levels of hyper.  As Will wrote she continues to dance about the table twirling in front of the tea pot before playing with a handful of sugar, sprinkling it so it sparkles in the sunlight. Occasionally rambling about this and that and whatever pops into her mind at the moment.

Re: The Steel District
William finished and stamped the letter with the Silverkin seal. He smiled as the fairy danced around the extra energy.

"I promise, wont skip on the details next time."

He rolled up the letter and set it down next to Lavender.

"Now go on, no need to make your new friends late on my account."

Re: The Steel District
"Oh thank you Will!!" Lavender gushes before flitting her way to his face giving him a peck on the cheek while giggling.  She flies over picking up the letter starting to dart off.  She pauses for a moment hovering over the first row of roses. "Take care of yourself Will, that's a promise on the tea... Don't worry we'll still save the world." She does another twirl and flip before darting off once again for the  Parchment and Skull.
