Re: Keepers of Olvar
Wren glanced to Gwyn as she spoke. "That's a neat trick. You're a shapeshifter, then? I'd heard stories, but never met one of you before. That'd be a sight to see." She cracked a grin, then looked the table over. "I'll not keep Borun waiting, I suppose. I wouldn't want him to get bored, waiting for me, though. If any of you want to watch, come along." she invited, before striding out of the inn proper, and after Borun, out onto the road proper.
She paused to survey the forested landscape near the inn - a high and flat road above a downward slope to a babbling brook filled with water-worn smooth rocks and a steady flow of clean water. The wood-post fence bordering the inn itself wast about as high as the dwarf was tall, and within, a stone well to fetch water, the stables, and several large, singular trees left standing. Beyond the clearing the dense foliage would make movement a challenge - well, a challenge for all but the most adept.
"I'm sure we're both fairly dangerous, but in the interest of safety, let's not go all-out. I've a feeling this is more a handicap to me than you, but I'm used to such odds. I will warn you I don't pull my punches, though."
