You get a whiff of a large number of chemicals that were moved through here. YOu follow it to a four way branch. The trail heads both to the north and the east.

The bottom one was empty as well. You can see nothing in reach on top of them or behind them. However, you notice that there appears to be some sort of lid underneath them.

The heavy door creeked open, clearly it was supposed to be opened mechanically. Stairs lead down into darkness with a far away light.
